Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bracelet.
For all the Aurum Brothers bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.aurumbrothers.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we accept Aurum Brothers bracelets with the original tags attached in the box and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus $15 restocking fee per bracelet). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!
Returns
We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to info@aurumbrothers.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.

International Orders, meaning outside Europe, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)
