Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents, or outlets.. It is very easy and safe to order our products online, though! Just let us (info@aurumbrothers.com) know if you need any assistance.

It is, of course, possible to ask to remove, add or switch metals. We can also change the colours of the stones in a bracelet. Keep in mind that we can only do a custom bracelet with the stones/metals and designs that you currently can find on the webshop.

Once you place an order, please allow three business days for us to prepare your bracelet(s). For details on this, refer to the confirmation email you received.

Upon readiness for shipment, you'll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven't received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at info@aurumbrothers.com, and we'll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status.

Please ensure that we have the correct wrist size and delivery address to complete your order efficiently.

Remember that you should not add 'space' yourself to your wrist measurement. If you want the bracelet loose on your wrist, write loose when checking out. 

The average wrist size for men is a 17.78cm /7 inch

Sometimes we reach out to you if we see that the wrist size is missing from the order or when the wrist size is rather large/small.

Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 2-3 business days if you have provided a wrist-size as well as a valid address, it is then prepared for shipping. We use FedEx  shipping, which has a delivery time between one and five business days (depending on the country)

Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address. For more information you can have a look at our shipping page.

Of course, we understand that getting the size right the first time can be a little tricky. We can definitely help you with resizing. Keep in mind that if you need resizing, you have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return your items to us.Please send an email to info@aurumbrothers.com for proper assistance on this matter. We will guide you with the steps to follow!

Exchanging bracelets is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage, and the tag needs to be attached. As soon as your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you about its arrival and process the exchange by charging/refunding you the price difference (incl. a $15 USD restocking fee). For all the Aurum Brothers bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.aurumbrothers.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible.

For a refund, we accept Aurum Brothers bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. There is a restocking fee of $15 per bracelet.
